By creating a profile, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is true and accurate.

2. Your Account & Profile

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information while creating and updating your profile, and to promptly correct any information that becomes inaccurate.
• Profiles are subject to review by our team before being made visible on the Platform, and we may request supporting documents to verify the information provided.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading or fraudulent information, or impersonate any person or entity.
• Use the Platform for any commercial solicitation, advertising, or unlawful purpose.
• Harass, abuse, threaten or send unsolicited communication to other members.
• Upload content that is obscene, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other members' accounts or to our systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is being used in a manner harmful to other members or to the Platform.

4. Our Role

Bhagavathi Matrimony acts as a platform that helps members discover and connect with potential matches, and our team may assist in facilitating introductions. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, and we are not a party to, and bear no responsibility for, any relationship, engagement or marriage that may result from the use of our services. Members are solely responsible for verifying the background and credentials of any person they choose to interact with, and for exercising their own discretion and judgement before proceeding with any alliance.

5. Fees & Services

Certain features of the Platform may require payment of fees, as communicated to you at the time of purchase. Fees, once paid, are generally non-refundable except as expressly stated or required by applicable law. We may change our fees and the features included in each plan from time to time, with reasonable notice to members.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bhagavathi Matrimony shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including any loss arising from interactions or relationships formed with other members.
